It was a week with a lot of deserving candidates but this week's Rugby Marketplace Player of the Week award goes to SFGG's Brendan Daly. We spoke with Daly last spring when he was playing for Cal in the Varsity Cup and asked him what he future plans were. He cautiously said he would try to play for SFGG. Well, by now hopefully any caution that he can play at a high-level is gone. Throughout four matches this season Daly has been a huge part of SFGG's success. Not only has he been solid defensively, but also in the lineout. Another area in which he's made a big contribution has been his try scoring abilities. Without Daly its hard to see SFGG getting to 4-0 on the season and for that reason he is our Rugby Marketplace Player of the Week.
