Last week we asked you how the U.S. would do against Uruguay. With 90% of the vote the vast majority of you said that they would win while only 10% said they would lose. That is no surprise given that the U.S. were considered heavy favorites in the match. But as it happens sometimes it didn't turn out that way. The actual result was a draw, which no one selected in our poll. The 27-27 result in Montevideo now means that whoever wins in Atlanta this weekend will be headed to the World Cup.
For this week's question we want to ask if you think the U.S. will be that team by beating Uruguay? Despite last week's result the U.S. still are the favored side. The have several players starting in top overseas leagues, they now have a full week together, and they will be playing at home. Still, it all has to be executed out on the pitch.
