Kutztown have claimed the inaugural Binghamton 7s tournament by beating Stony Brook 50-0 in the final. The Golden Bears were perfect on the day with wins over Ithaca and Drexel in pool play before beating St. Bonaventure in the semi-finals. Stony Brook similarly had a strong day with their only loss coming to Kutztown. In addition to St. Bonaventure, Brockport was the other school to make it to the final four.

Buffalo took home Plate after beating Colgate 17-5 while Ithaca took home the Bowl over Syracuse. The tournament served as the second leg of the Empire Conference 7s season. Kutztown are not a part of the conference. After two rounds Brockport and Stony Brook are tied for the lead with 17 points. St. Bonaventure is third with 14.
