Pool C features big name schools in Michigan, Navy, Ohio State, and Texas. UCLA should control Pool D. They play South Carolina, Penn State, and Northeastern. Finally, Arizona, Life, Penn, and Virginia Tech make up Pool E.

With twenty teams in the tournament each of the pool winners will advance along with the top three second place teams. Cal and UCLA are the only two teams that could definitively say will win their pool. Dartmouth and Life are heavy favorites but could be upset by Kutztown and Arizona respectively. Pool C is the most wide open of any of the pools. That said, there should be a battle to see who can claim one of the three second place quarterfinal spots.
