The American Rugby Premiership returned from it's two week break to play it's final matches of the fall season last weekend. Life finished the fall with a perfect 4-0 record thanks to a win over Old Blue while the Boston Irish Wolfhounds picked up their first points of the year with a draw against Boston. As you would expect, both matches factored into the rankings. Also, this will be the last power rankings until next spring.

1. Life (Last Week: 1, beat Old Blue 61-6)--Old Blue were missing a few of their key players but even without Adam Siddall and Andrew Suniula it was expected that Life would have to struggle more to beat them. Instead AJ MacGinty was at his best once again as Life dominated. The Running Eagles have made a strong statement this fall and if they can beat NYAC in their first match in the spring they should be in good shape to win the title. Up next: Winter Break

2. NYAC (LW: 2, bye)--NYAC were probably lucky to finish up their fall season prior to the break with Troy Hall and Mike Petri absent. Still, they will need to focus on beating Life. Up next: Winter Break

3. Old Blue (LW: 3, lost to Life 61-6)--Old Blue did everything they could to slide down in our rankings this week. There have been a lot of factors that have gone into their 1-3 record, injuries mostly to the likes of Luke Hume and Andrew Bird, but it was expected that overall they would be strong and have better depth. Right now finishing in the top two seems remote. Up next: Winter Break

4. Boston (LW: 4, drew with the Wolfhounds 22-22)--Boston had the opportunity to move up in the rankings and in the standings had they beat the Wolfhounds on Saturday. Instead, errors late in the game cost them as they allowed the Wolfhounds to stick around and play well. Richie Lobb appears to have been missing for the team although Lucas Baistrocchi played well in his absence. Like Old Blue, their playoff hopes seem to have faded. Up next: Winter Break

5. Boston Irish Wolfhounds (LW: 5, drew with Boston 22-22)--The Wolfhounds must be thrilled to pick up their first points of the season. They did everything they needed to against Boston and showed they have what it takes to compete in the ARP. They will use the win as motivation for the spring. Up next: Winter Break
