Eagles Abroad: Weekend Preview

Americans in Europe return to league play this weekend after spending a couple of weekends in the European Champions Cup and Challenge Cup. The biggest match-up for Americans involves Blaine Scully and Leicester taking on Samu Manoa and Northampton. Both players are set to start. Chris Wyles is the other player in the Premiership scheduled to start with Eric Fry on the bench. The other players in the Premiership are expected to see time in the 'A' League on Monday. Todd Clever will once again be involved for the NTT Shining Arcs. Elsewhere, players in Ireland will have a full weekend as will plays in the Pro D2 and the Eccellenza.

Blaine Scully will start for Leicester as they play Northampton on Saturday. Samu Manoa will start for Northampton while Cam Dolan is not in the line-up.  Greg Peterson is on trial at Leicester

Tom Bliss is not in the line-up for Wasps as they play London Irish on Sunday.

Chris Wyles will start for Saracens while none of Thretton Palamo, Hayden Smith, or Titi Lamositele (injured) are in the line-up as they play London Welsh on Saturday. 

Eric Fry is on the bench for Newcastle as they play Harlequins on Saturday.

Hanno Dirksen will start for the Ospreys as they play Ulster on Saturday. Callum Black is on the bench while Dave Ryan is not in the line-up for Ulster.

James Hilterbrand is on the benchwhile Brett Thompson (injured) is not in the line-up for Edinburgh as they play Benetton Treviso today.

Tai Tuisamoa is not in the line-up for London Scottish as they play Worcester on Saturday.

Robbie Shaw and Esher play Richmond on Saturday.

Tim Maupin, Pierce Dargan, Conor Kearns and Trinity play Galwegians on Saturday. 

Liam Murphy and Clontarf play Old Belvedere on Saturday.

Liam Bourke and UCD play Terenure College on Saturday.

Ross Deacon, Gearoid McDonald, and Lansdowne play St. Mary's College on Saturday.

John Quill and Dolphin play Cork Constitution today.

Scott LaValla is not in the line-up for Stade Francais as they play Grenoble today. 

Taku Ngwenya is on the bench for Biarritz as they play Bourgoin on Saturday.

Seta Tuilevuka and ROC La Voulte-Valence have the weekend off.
