The U.S. has long used Ireland as a place to draw out and develop talent. Scott LaValla spent four years at Trinity and over the last few years the likes of Liam Og Murphy, John Quill, and Gearoid McDonald have all seen time either with the Eagles or the Eagles Selects. The next big prospect to come from Ireland could be Trinity's Conor Kearns. For 2013 Junior All-American has been a consistent presence of the Dublin side this year, especially from the tee. He had a conversion and two penalties last weekend as Trinity beat Ballymena. With the Eagles needing more kickers it could be just a matter of time before Kearns is brought in for a look.
