The recent combine at the OTC has paid immediate dividends for the Eagles 7s as Ahmad Harajly from the Detroit Tradesmen and Mataiyasi Leuta from Cal State-Monterey have been invited to vamp. Both Harajly and Leuta join a core group of players looking to earn more point in Wellington and Vegas.
Other newcomers to camp include Walt Elder and Glenn Thommes. Both players played on the Philadelphia side at the Elite City 7s last summer and showed well leading their team to the semi-finals. Colton Cariaga is also new to the set up as is Nate Brakeley. Cariaga recently went on the Falcons tour while Brakeley was a key part of the NYAC team that went far in the National Club 7s. He also has a lot of experience playing on the Northeast ODA.

Included in the camp are a number of players that recently played with the Falcons on their tour of South America, including non-OTC players Zack Pangelinan, and Glen Thommes. Players that have been in camp before but are getting another crack include Pangelinan and Jack Tracy. Derek Lipscomb, Kingsley McGowan (school), Nu'u Punimata (injured), Shalom Suniula, and Mike Ziegler (injured) are all unavailable.
The core of the team will once again return as Zack Test, Folau Niua, Carlin Isles, Andrew Durutalo, Danny Barrett, Perry Baker, and Madison Hughes all return. The camp will also be big for players like Aladdin Schirmer, Garrett Bender, Pat Blair, and Martin Iosefo who have had strong moments this year.
