Robbie Shaw is on the move once again. After spending part of last year playing for Esher and then as emergency cover for his old team Bristol, Shaw will spend next season playing for Hartpury College in the National League One. Shaw is in the wider training group for the Eagles World Cup team but at this point it appears he is on the outside looking in. He was the last player cut from the World Cup team in 2011.
Last year Hartpury finished 5th in National League One while Esher finished 10th. Ealing gained promotion last year but with a number of additions Hartpury will be looking to gain promotion this year. With experience in the Premiership and in the RFU Championship you can expect Shaw to play a big part of Hartpury.
