Dylan Carrion (Arkansas State): Carrion was well-deserved MVP of the tournament. A number of Arkansas State players could have won the award but Carrion was the one to step up in critical moments. He delivered timely tries and played set-up man. More performances like this will see him potentially get time with the Eagles.
Madison Hughes (Dartmouth): Throughout most of his time at Dartmouth has been a one-man show. This year he got some help which helped Dartmouth reach the semi-finals but there was no question that Hughes is the man. Hughes once again proved that of all the college players in the country he is likely the closest to being a lock to make the Eagles in the future.

Garrett Brewer (St. Mary's): It's not a surprise that St. Mary's made the final given the talent they have on their roster but not many pegged them to make it that far. The biggest reason they were able to reach the final was the play of Brewer. He's a great playmaker that also has the ability to take it to another gear. He was a big unfortunate in the final match but still made his mark. Look for Brewer to get a lot of attention this summer with an eye to the Eagles.
JP Eloff (Davenport): Along with Hughes, Eloff is viewed as one of the most sure players to make the Eagles in the future. The Panthers were disappointed by last season's result but led by Eloff they were able to make it to the Plate final this go around.
Tanner Barnes (Central Washington): Like Arkansas State, Central Washington tried to have a very balanced approach to each match. That said, Barnes's importance to the team cannot be understated. He is the glue that holds the Wildcats together. When they needed a crucial score or defensive play, he was there.
Paris Hollis (Life): Life were disappointed to get knocked out in the Cup quarterfinals but aside from that one blip they were solid. There are a number of players on Life that deserve recognition but none made more of an impact than Hollis.
Zinzan Elan-Puttick (Arkansas State): It wasn't in the final where Elan-Puttick made his biggest mark, it was in the semi-final against Dartmouth where he scored two crucial tries and kicked two conversions. He also scored the opening try against Air Force in the Cup quarterfinal as well as a plethora of tries in the pool round. He's got a great rugby mind and does the simple things well. Without Elan-Puttick the Red Wolves would not have won the tournament.
