National Teams:

With a starting cap in hand Titi Lamositele has signed with Saracens and will join the club pending his visa application. Former Eagles and Saracens lock Hayden Smith has re-joined the team while Cam Dolan looks poised to join Northampton.

It was a dreadful day two for the Eagles at the Dubai 7s. First they suffered a blowout loss to Australia in the Bowl quarterfinals then they surrendered a lead to France in the Shield semi-finals.

The team will look to regroup in Port Elizabeth this weekend where they have been drawn into Pool C with New Zealand, Wales, and Portugal.

Samu Manoa is looking forward to facing Leinster in the Heineken Cup.

More Women Eagles ETC camps have ben announced for State College and Palo Alto this month.

The Women's College All-Americans lost to Rennes 46-21 in their second match of their French tour.

College/Club:

The Northeast ODA took the NYC 7s over the weekend. The tournament saw the launch of the new Real-time Sports app.

In the College division AIC took home the Plate.

World:

In the two internationals this last weekend Australia held on to beat Wales while the Barbarians topped Fiji. More later on in our World Rugby Weekend Review.

Despite having a relatively inexperienced squad Fiji took home the Dubai 7s.

Reports are suggesting that Premiership clubs won't be participating in the Heineken Cup next year and are set to meet this week to discuss their plans.
