The U-19 Championship field has been announced with B.C., the Wolf Pack, Ontario, and the Voyageurs set to compete for the title. The competition will be in a round-robin format spread out over July 17th, 18th, and 20th. The teams will then play for first place and third place respectively. Notably absent from the tournament is the Rock. British Columbia have named their side for the tournament, which includes national 7's team member Justin Douglas.
The competition has launched a new website which will also double for the upcoming CRC.

U-20's Ready For Nations Cup
The women's U-20 team is already in England as they prepare for the upcoming Nations Cup. To send the team off Rugby Canada held a reception at the Balmy Beach Club in Toronto. The team played a warm-up match against Ontario before leaving. They will play the U.S. on July 11th followed by South Africa and England on July 14th and 17th respectively. The final day featuring the one vs. two and three vs. four will be on July 21st. Here is the roster for the team. One of the players ready for the tournament is Kitchener's Ashley Sinclair. She was recently profiled in The Record.

Congrats to Ghislaine Landry, who was recently named Athlete of the Week by the Canadian Olympic Committee.
Esquimalt High School is the latest school in British Columbia to offer a rugby academy. The academy will begin in the fall of 2014.
The Fredericton Loyalists could win up to $25,000 to upgrade their facilities if they receive enough votes by the 12th. The team also recently won the Saint John Labatt Trojans Water Ellis Memorial tournament.
Rugby Canada has internships available for the fall.
