The Tiger Cubs will be led by coach Paul Holmes. He's chosen to go with a very young squad in order to build for next year. The only true veterans on the squad include Dom Mauer and Zack Stryffeler, who have been brought along for leadership, as well as Eric Duechle and Perry Baker, both of whom need as much time as possible. Outside of those four players it's a young team. For example, Sebastian Banos is a player straight out of high school. Other notable players with the team include Pase Iosia and Trevor Tanifum.

The Northeast ODA will be sending three teams to the tournament--New England, Empire, and New York City 7s. The New York City 7's team will be the most experienced with several players having representing the team at the World Club 7's last summer. Those players include Long Island duo Sean Rafferty and John Feldman as well as Derek Lipscomb from Old Blue. Also on the the New York City 7s team is Kyle Granby from NYAC and Michael St. Clare, that latter of whom tore up this year's Serevi RugbyTown Sevens. Seven members of the team will be traveling with the Northeast ODA team as they head to Trinidad & Tobago next month.
The Empire and New England squads also feature some notable names. James Bird has stepped in well at fly-half for Old Blue while Adam Siddall as been away. Ty Elkins helped lead the South Panthers to the NACRA title. The England team will also have several players that played in London and will accompany the team to the Caribbean.
Steve Lewis and Sean Horan will lead the NYC 7s team and the Empire squad while Rob Conway and Kayne Bubb will lead the New England team.
