Eagles Abroad: Weekend Review

As we noted earlier in the day, Thretton Palamo is on the move. Palamo is going on a one year loan from Saracens to London Welsh. He'll be able to stay in the city near his parent club while at the same time will get in solid playing time. It's an all around positive move for Saracens, London Welsh, Palamo, and the Eagles. Also on the move this week is James Hilterbrand who has surfaced back in Sydney with his old club Manly. The U.S.-eligible hooker is no longer at Edinburgh where he was used very sparingly at the end of the season. With the Chiefs loss to the Highlanders in the Super Rugby playoffs it means that only the players in the Shute Shield are left playing out of all the Americans overseas. In the next few weeks we'll rest to Eagles Abroad to include players at their new club locations.
